Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Seat Deposit
The ₹999 seat deposit reserves your place in the next available 2-Day LIVE Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Training batch (held every weekend).
2. Cancellation by You
- More than 48 hours before your batch: full refund of the ₹999 deposit, or free rescheduling to a later batch — your choice.
- Within 48 hours of your batch: the deposit may be adjusted towards a future batch instead of a cash refund, at our discretion.
- No-show without prior notice: the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If MAHAGRO INDIA cancels or reschedules a batch (for example, too few registrations, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or a free seat in the next available batch.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are made to the same UPI/bank account the deposit was paid from, usually within 5–7 business days of an approved request, made via WhatsApp to 7304721395.
